WFWM Public Radio and Frostburg First present a series of concerts featuring local musicians each Saturday this summer. All performances are held at the parking lot below City Place on Broadway St. in Frostburg. Concerts are from Noon-2 pm and will be held rain or shine. Performances are free and open to the public.
